At GetYourLicenses, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we provide digital software licenses, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of these non-tangible goods.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on DeskPlusPro.com are digital licenses delivered via email after successful payment.
No physical shipment is made.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • You did not receive the product/license key within 24 hours
  • The product/license key is invalid or non-functional, and we are unable to replace it
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

No refunds will be issued for customer error, such as purchasing the wrong version or system (e.g. buying a Windows version for Mac).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@getyourlicenses.com with:

  • Your full name and email used during purchase
  • Your order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or other proof if applicable

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and respond accordingly.

4. Fraud Prevention

To prevent abuse, every license key is tracked and logged. If a key has been viewed, downloaded, or activated, we may decline refund requests unless proven defective.
